Background: Well, my name is Zachary Adams. I am 16 and I play Left Offensive Tackle for The Woodlands High School, one of the most prestigious high schools in Texas. Oh, have I mentioned, I am 6' 7". Yeah thats pretty tall I know, and I also know I should be playing basketball, but I am not. I really started working out over the summer of 2008, and decided to stop once football season started.
What is this about: What is this blog about? Well mostly it will serve me as a workout log, It also will provide you information on what may work or may not work for me, which will help you out in your own ventures in working out.
Let's Get Started: Ok, so lets start. I am planning to start working out in a week, once my JV season of football is over. So on Friday, 7th I will be hitting the gym once again.
Schedule:
I will wake up at 5:00AM, before school, and get my supplemental lifts in, be there for around 45 minutes. I will then go to school where I will work out again, this time in my football period. During this workout, I have no say in what I workout, the coaches tell us what to work out. So I have to build my schedule around what I will be doing in this period. Afterwards, I will most likely go to a job (if I can get one), and afterwards go to the gym once more to work out what I didn't that day. Each day I will focus on either upper body, or lower body, and most likely will include abs into every workout.
Stats/Goal:
I weigh 220 lbs. mostly flab and a little muscle mostly because of the football season. I am 6 feet and seven inches. My body fat was somewhere around 18-20%. I would like to get thios down to at leats 10%. For weight I would like to gain around 30 lbs. or so in muscle. I will post a picture of myself soon, so you can see what I look like at the beggining.
Supplements:
I will be stacking BSN products. I will start off with two products, because I already have them. And will be getting new products when I can afford them. The two products I mentioned are Synta-6, and True Mass. I may also start back up on Creatine. I will be doing nothing illegal or questionable in the supplement area, such as Steroids, HGH, or things like Designer Steroids.
Just The Beginning: Well so long for a week, I will updating regularly then. I may update before that with a picture or two. I am looking forward to the hard work and the transformation of my skinny body into a muscular powerhouse. Hopefully I will not hit any bumps in the road.
